– The fifth annual Art & Outdoor Fest will run 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Shank’s Mare Outfitters, 2092 Long Level Road in Lower Windsor Township. The event will include live music, local artists, information booths from area organization and specials in the shop. [Free]
– The 34th annual Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire kicks off Saturday and continues every Saturday and Sunday (plus Labor Day Monday) 11 a.m. to 8 a.m. through Oct. 26 at The Mount Hope Estate & Winery, 2775 Lebanon Road, Manheim. Hang out with the event’s new reigning monarch, Henry VIII. [Single-day tickets $29.95 for adults, with discounts for kids and advance purchases]
– Dunkard Valley Live, a Christian music festival, is slated for 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the ball field across from Codorus Church of the Brethren, 1129 Dunkard Valley Road, Springfield Township. Play Ultimate Frisbee Saturday. [Free]

–Attend a group wedding, which will include five heterosexual and same-sex couples during Equality Fest noon to 8 p.m. Sunday Cherry Lane Park, behind Central Market in York. There will also be entertainment, food trucks and carnival games. [Free]

– WearyArtsGroup presents “MacBeth of the Dead” 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday at York’s Capitol Theatre, 50 N. George St., York. Shakespeare’s classic is set amid a zombie apocalypse. [$10]
– Grammy-nominated soul and R&B singer Freddie Jackson will perform 7 p.m. Saturday at the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center, 50 N. George St., York. – Join the Bluebrick artists for Art, Wine & Music as they showcase their pieces 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Bluebrick Gallery, 18 N. Washington Street, Gettysburg. Violinist Ryan Kozak of the Ourania String Quartet will performa. Light refreshments, plus wines by Hauser Estate Winery, will be available.
– Take the family fishing 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Codorus State Park, 2600 Smith Station Road, near Hanover. No fishing license is required. All equipment is provided. [Free]
– Residents and visitors alike can test their observational skills 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Adams County Arts Council’s first scavenger hunt. The event will challenge participants to match pieces of artwork with the downtown eateries and stores. It starts at the council, 125 S. Washington St., Gettysburg. [$10]
– The Zimmerman Center for Heritage will reopen this weekend after nearly a year under construction. The public is invited to see the historic Dritt Mansion, riverside pavilion and floating dock 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The center is at 1706 Long Level Road, Lower Windsor Township.
– The World Boardgaming Championships run Monday, Aug. 4, to Aug. 10 at the Lancaster Host Resort, 2300 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster. Pre-con events, which focus on war games, run Saturday and Sunday. [Fee required to play games at pre-events]
